Dry transformers

„Transformator Servis” produces and supplies in transformers TM, dry transformers with epoxy isolation and power rating from 25 till 2500 kVA, and also makes renovation of transformers.
Exchange oil-immersed transformers on dry transformers provide a lot of advantages. At first using dry transformers is economically more beneficial.  On account of their high fire safety, place of installation it is possible to arrange close to consumers of electric energy. In addition much loss is falling at sending the electric energy in nets of the low voltage. Secondly appears possibility of installation transformers in areas with sources of the water supply and with raised ecological requirements, as well as montage them in the underground, beside atomic power plant, etc. Apart from that, there is no need of installing the furnace for absorbing oil and applying fire agent. It lets arrange transformers on different floors in the building. Dry transformers not require of laborious technical service: be eliminated renovation to bring back encapsulation, the protection of the corrosion and purifying oil. Transformers with resin insulation require only air to chilling. There is no need of controlling oil level and purifying it. Dry transformers are characterized by short loading pick for example at the start-up of engines.

Dry transformers TSZGL:
For transformer 800 kVA standard connecting group – Yyn 0. For others transformers – Dyn 11. Maximum attitude of transformers installation is 1000 m above sea level. Figures in table refer to transformers with constant tension in primary winding 10 kV and following values in secondary winding: 205, 315, 400, 440, 460, and 710 V. Indicating makers in the table: Ro/lo - loss/current intensity Pcc/Vcc - loss/total resistance of short circuit.
